#"AN OVERTHINKER WITH A SENSITIVE HEART!"



                             

WOW! I'm very surprised to share this because it well suits me.

yeah, I am an enormous overthinker…Almost these sensitive overthinkers see this world only black or white. Either you will be fully happy or fully devastated.

But trust me you have an extraordinary way of thinking, which may not be loved by everyone. But it is worth loving. so you can explore your world in your overthinking.

This overthinking sometimes take you to the world of pessimism. when your thinking goes into pessimism, Then stop thinking, or else your sensitive heart might suffer. It may lead you to sleepless nights.

Distract yourself by doing what holds your happiness with you. your sensitive heart gets hurt by itself for tiny things, but being sensitive is human nature…

If you have to protect yourself from it,

Make your heart strong and Don't stop overthinking…because it is an extraordinary thing you have.

OVERTHINKING IS TO EXPLORE," AN AWESOME OF YOUR CREATIVE WORLD"

overthinking always panics you or gets you to anxiety only because of your sensitive heart.

To protect yourself from sensitive heart,

# Have the perspective thinking

# Desensitize what triggers you

Don't bother about things that irritate you

Keep patting your shoulder and say that "you are the best and you know the best".

#Then the most prime thing you have to do is,

stop expecting from anyone, this leads to more peace to your sensitive heart.

so, stop overthinking about this, and Don't stop overthinking in your life.

but take care of your thinking not to go into the world of pessimism, and Try to make your heart stronger than ever.

BE PROUD THAT YOU ARE A TOUGH COMBINATION AND NO ONE ELSE CAN EASILY COMPARE YOU!
