#FlOsS

Hey, I am going to tell you about Flossing.

Okie. what is flossing?  Here I go! In a simple way,

--Flossing is cleaning in between your teeth.

A question that may arise in you by now!

Do floss Then brush or Do brush and then floss?

*The answer is Do floss then brush because when you floss, you remove plaque in between teeth, then you brush to remove it.

*Do floss once a day. No flossing leads to gum disease.

*Flossing reduces gum diseases and heart diseases.

*you are more susceptible to gum diseases because of improper oral health. your gum diseases are very well related to your heart…Bacteria in your mouth will enter your bloodstream via gums and causes clogging of arteries like the carotid artery which sometimes leads to shortness of breath then it leads to death obviously…and many other...

*According to AHA, patients with gum disease have a 2.6 greater risk for heart attacks and strokes. If u do flossing (cleaning in between your teeth where you get more plaque and calculus) once a day, you can live long and extend your life for 6 years.… the reason is above what I said.

*so, To prevent all these, you should be very conscious about your oral health.
